Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States and Canada who have reached the age of majority in their state, province or territory of residence, except where prohibited by law.
Entry
Eligible Prize Draw entries are awarded as follows:

+5 entries for attending the September 26 Workshop LIVE
+5 entries for attending Summit Day 1 LIVE
+5 entries for attending Summit Day 2 LIVE
A participant may therefore earn a maximum of 17 Prize Draw entries.
Referrals do NOT generate additional Prize Draw entries. Instead, an eligible direct referrer of the randomly selected winner qualifies for the Referral Bonus Prize described above.
Referrals
A referral will be recognized when a new eligible participant registers through the referring participant's designated referral link.
If no referral link is available, the referral may be established through the information provided by the referred registrant identifying the person who referred them.
Only one direct referrer may be recognized for each registrant. In the event of conflicting referral information, the registration and referral records maintained by the organizer will determine the recognized direct referrer.
Live Attendance
To qualify for the +5 LIVE attendance entries for an event day, the participant must attend the full event day LIVE.
Attendance will be verified by the organizer at multiple points throughout the event day.
Entry Generation Deadline
All registrations and referrals relevant to the Prize Draw must be completed by 11:59 PM PDT on October 3, 2026.
Registrations or referrals received after this deadline will not generate Prize Draw eligibility or Referral Bonus Prize eligibility.
The only entries that may be added after this deadline are the +5 Summit Day 2 LIVE attendance entries for participants who satisfy the LIVE attendance requirements above.
Winner Selection
The random drawing will take place at the end of Summit Day 2 on October 4, 2026, after Day 2 LIVE attendance has been verified and the final eligible entry pool has been established.
One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible Prize Draw entries.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
For example, if you hold 17 eligible entries and there are 170 eligible entries in total, your chance of being randomly selected is 10%.
The potential winner does NOT need to be present at the time of the drawing.
Referral Bonus Prize
After the potential winner has been selected, the organizer will determine whether that person has an eligible direct referrer.
If so, and subject to verification of eligibility, the direct referrer will receive the Referral Bonus Prize.
The Referral Bonus Prize is determined solely by whether the randomly selected winner has an eligible direct referrer. No separate drawing will be conducted for the Referral Bonus Prize.
Winner Notification
The potential winner and, if applicable, the potential Referral Bonus Prize recipient will be contacted using the contact information provided during registration and must respond within 7 days.
If the randomly selected potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within that period, or is found to be ineligible, another potential winner may be selected at random. Any Referral Bonus Prize will then be determined based on the eligible direct referrer, if any, of the newly selected potential winner.
Prize Conditions
Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative.
All mentoring sessions will be conducted virtually.
The initial Practice Growth Audit and four quarterly follow-up sessions will be scheduled by mutual agreement and are intended to be completed during 2027.
Privacy
Information collected in connection with the Prize Draw will be used to administer the draw, verify entries and referrals, contact the potential winner and potential Referral Bonus Prize recipient, and deliver the prize(s) in accordance with the applicable privacy policy.
General
The Prize Draw is subject to applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial and local laws and is void where prohibited.
